The Emotionally Intelligent teacher (NEW) (Half day session)
IQ has been around a long time, but the ability to tune into EQ brings together all the strands and offers a way of working with students which will transform teaching. This half day session, introduces the concept and highlights the skills which can be developed to continue the process. The EI teacher listens and reacts to information received, has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to separate emotionally from situations which might arise in the classroom, thus allowing different outcomes. It enables the teacher to be a coach and mentor when the situation arises and engenders a positive atmosphere in the class.
De-stress and sing! (Twilight session)
A fun session which underlines current research about singing as a tension buster. Singing is good for you! - and recent findings show it helps keep you young! Learn about the voice as you enjoy yourself!

Individual Voice Coaching Sessions (typically 90mins)
Hear and feel the difference in 3-4 bespoke sessions for anybody struggling to make their presence strong through confidence, awareness of accent or vocal issues. Some people appreciate time to explore what will be their teaching style. Highlighting the little things which can make a big difference is often the real key to change. (Note - these sessions are also effective in a troubleshooting small group. It is very enlightening to see the changes in somebody else).
